  • Unscheduled Service Calls: Routine calls require an 8-hour response during normal operating hours (M-F, 7 AM - 4 PM), with immediate (1-hour) phone/email/text response upon notification.
  • Repairs and Replacements: Perform repairs using manufacturer-specified parts. Door replacements, upon COR request, require a detailed proposal and come with a one-year warranty.
  • Personnel: Technicians must be AAADM certified with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Estimated Workload: Annually, this includes approximately 104 hours for PM (52 instances/quarter), 80 hours for repairs (16 instances), and 20 hours for door replacement (1 instance).
