Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide full-service maintenance and repair for all types of automatic doors, including sliding, swinging, and revolving doors, located in administrative, training, medical, childcare, recreational, warehouse, billeting, and range facilities across JBLM-Lewis Main, JBLM-Lewis North, and JBLM-McChord Field. Core services include:
- Preventive Maintenance: Scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
