Scope of Work
The contractor will provide quarterly inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services for eight (8) sets of automatic doors located in six (6) facilities at Beale AFB. These include dual sliding, dual swing, and single sliding door systems. Services encompass the inspection and lubrication of mechanical components, testing of electrical systems, and calibration of activation and safety sensors. The contractor is also responsible for unscheduled corrective maintenance and emergency repairs, with specific response times: 24 hours for unscheduled calls (on-site within 3 business days) and 4 hours for emergency services. All work must adhere to American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards (A156.10, A156.19, A156.27, A117.1) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines.

Submission & Evaluation
