Scope of Work
The Advisor will:
- Oversee and evaluate contractor quality control, UH60 aircraft maintenance, training, and logistics programs.
- Assist in directing and coordinating fixed-wing and UH60 rotary-wing quality control, maintenance, and logistical support for the Colombian Police Aviation Sub-Directorate.
- Develop and implement comprehensive aircraft maintenance and logistical support systems to ensure airworthiness compliance for counter-narcotics operations.
- Provide guidance to contractor and host nation personnel for law enforcement missions, including eradication and interdiction.
- Oversee the Colombian National Police Maintenance Quality Assurance program and serve as the ARAVI Program Federal Aviation Safety Assessment (FASA) lead inspector.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be U.S. citizens with the ability to obtain a Secret (potentially Top Secret) security clearance. Key experience includes:
- Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's + 5 years, or 10 years related experience).
- 10 years supervising/oversight of UH60 aircraft maintenance in a large aviation organization.
- 3 years supervising/oversight of aircraft quality control.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Aviation Quality Control, FAA regulations (FAR Part 1, 61, 67, 91, 135, 137, 141, 143, 830), and fixed/rotary-wing aircraft quality control/maintenance test flight procedures.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish language (reading/writing/speaking).
