• Destructive Testing of Assets: The USG will not allow destructive engineering of Government Furnished Property (GFP) when performing material analysis, even if it means destroying assets. The USG acknowledges a note that "Government Furnished Property" should be used instead of "Government Furnished Information" in Paragraph 4.1.2 of the Statement of Work, and this will be captured at contract award.
• Contract Financing: The Government will not provide any form of contract financing for this acquisition. Requests for advanced payments, performance-based payments, progress payments, or any other financing arrangement will not be authorized or approved. Payment will only be made for accepted supplies or services.
• Technical Data Package (TDP): An available TDP has been provided for the gearbox and the next higher assembly.
• CMMC Requirement: CMMC Level II is a mandatory requirement for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Contracting Officers must ensure offerors have a current CMMC status posted in SPRS at the required level (or higher) for each CMMC UID provided. It is not possible to agree to have CMMC Level II in place after contract award; it must be met at the time of award.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
