Statement of Objectives (SOO)

To procure and install all necessary parts and batteries to restore four (4) critical Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units to optimal working condition at Edwards Air Force Base, B1030. This includes providing supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation.

• Provide and install specified components and/or batteries for four UPS systems.

• Remove and properly dispose of all replaced parts and batteries in accordance with regulations.

• UPS #1 (Eaton 93PM, 150kVA): Install two (2) Power Modules (P/N: 744-A4535), twelve (12) Fans (P/N: P-151000010), three (3) Fans (P/N: 151101091-001), and eighty (80) new batteries (P/N: UPS12-545PLP).

• UPS #2 (Toshiba G9000, 225kVA): Install forty (40) new batteries (P/N: UPS12-355PLP) and utilize an additional forty government-furnished batteries (P/N: UPS12-355PLP) for a total of eighty batteries.

• UPS #3 (Toshiba G9000, 225kVA): Provide and install eighty (80) new batteries (P/N: 12-HX-400FR).
