The contractor is responsible for removing and replacing flooring in the same layout, and the number of existing flooring layers is unknown.
  • Flooring and Material Installation: Installation of new Mohawk Group Learn & Live Collection carpet tiles (color 965 Westpoint), Tarkett VCT, Johnsonite 6" cove base, and rubber stairnosing. A straight lay installation is specified for carpet tiles, with transition strips between VCT and carpet.
  • Site Protection and Cleanup: Protecting existing property, maintaining a clean work area, and proper disposal of old flooring and waste. Work will be done by areas to minimize disruption.

Evaluation
