This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services for VA Police Psychological Evaluations at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS) in Tucson, AZ. The contract period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031 (Base + 4 Option Years).

The contractor shall provide initial and annual psychological evaluations for all VA Police Officers, including supervisors, training officers, detectives, chiefs, and deputy chiefs. This includes pre-employment evaluations for conditional job offers and annual evaluations to determine continued emotional suitability for duty, particularly for firearm use. Evaluations consist of a clinical interview, written report, and specific assessments like the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) and Arizona Personality Inventory (CPI) for pre-employment.
