- Demolition of existing floors, wall tile, and wallboard.
- Replacement of all toilet partitions with solid Phenolic type.
- Installation of new commercial, elongated, white toilets (1.5 GPM) and white flush urinals (1.0 GPM minimum), preferably Kohler, with associated plumbing and accessible cleanouts.
- Replacement of counters with solid quartz, including undermount ceramic sinks and chrome faucets.
- Upgrades to ceiling elements: new tegular ceiling tiles, diffusers/vents, and drop-in LED lights.
- Installation of 4" exhaust fans with ducting to the exterior and mechanical timer switches.
- Preparation and installation of new ceramic floor and wall tile (up to 5' AFF) with epoxy grout.
- Painting of gypsum walls not covered by tile and repair/painting of heater covers.

Eligibility & Evaluation

Personnel require favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) or equivalent for installation access. Compliance with all federal, state, and local safety, environmental, and security regulations, including USACE EM 385-1-1 and COVID-19 HPCON levels, is mandatory.
