PSC Cage:

• Mesh Size: Confirmed as 2” x 2” x 10ga.
• Door Height: Specified as 10’ X 10’.
• Padlock Hasp: Required for the doors.
• Wire Decking Depth: Confirmed as 48” deep, to accommodate 42” deep frames with 3” thick frames on each side.
• Beam Level Capacity: Required to be 2500 lbs or higher.
• Door Placement: Both the 4’ swing door and 10’ sliding door will be on the 105’ face of the cage.
• Cage Sidedness: The cage is 4-sided (not against any wall).

PWI Cage:

• Uprights and Beams: Upright beams are already provided for this cage; no additional count or size is needed.
• Beam Level Capacity: Not applicable (N/A).
• Cage Sidedness: The cage is 4-sided (not against any wall).

These clarifications provide specific details on material dimensions, required features, and configuration for the cages, which bidders should incorporate into their proposals.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services to procure one each Pylon Wing Interface (PWI) Cage and one Production Support Center (PSC) Cage. This announcement serves as the only notice, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

• One (1) Production Support Center (PSC) Cage (See Product Description for details).

• One (1) Pylon Wing Interface (PWI) Cage (See Product Description for details).

• All items must comply with FAR Subpart 25.1 Buy American-Supplies or be from partnering countries under FAR Subpart 25.4 Trade Agreements.

• Supplies are to be delivered/performed in accordance with the attached Product Description (PD), dated 03 December 2025.

• Delivery is required within 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Priced (FFP).

• Period of Performance (Base Year): 15 March 2026 – 14 March 2027.

• Anticipated Award Date: 15 March 2026.

• All questions must be received by 23 Feb 2026, 10:00am EST.

• Quotes must be received no later than 26 February 2026, 3:00pm EST.

• Facsimile (fax) quotes will not be accepted.

• Late quotes will be processed per FAR 52.212-1(f).

• Incomplete quotes will be determined non-responsive.

• The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price.

• Evaluation of financial capability will be conducted via a pre-award survey through DCMA.

• Offerors must provide a narrative statement on how they can cover financial responsibilities and any substantiating documentation.

• This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

• NAICS Code: 332618, Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 Employees.

• Attachments include: Purchase Description (PD), dated 03 December 2025, and Clauses and Provisions.

• Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications.

• The PCO reserves the right to award All, Some, or None of the items.

• Contractor quotes shall be valid for 30 days after the solicitation response due date.
