Key Requirements & Deliverables
All work must adhere to US DOT FHWA "Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-14" and Forest Service Supplemental Specifications. The contractor must follow the Tonto Fire Plan and provide their own water (no pumping from Tonto Creek). Initial deliverables, due within 5-10 business days of award, include a Temporary Traffic Control Plan, Project Schedule, Hazardous Spill Prevention Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, and Manufacturer Specifications for materials.
