Scope of Work
The project's objective is to replace supplies and equipment, including labor and transportation, for the removal, installation, and disposal of a broken sprinkler pipe at the Stock Ranch Barn. Key tasks include:
- Evaluation, removal, and disposal of existing damaged/leaking fire sprinkler piping.
- Replacement of approximately 3 linear feet of piping affecting a valve on the 1st floor and 6 linear feet of piping (elbow and adjacent) on the 3rd floor.
- Removal and replacement of a UL Listed air compressor.
- Complete system testing, including repair of any identified leaks or deficiencies.
- Provision of all OEM Manuals and Warranty documentation.
Work must comply with IFC and applicable NFPA codes. Installers are required to be state or municipal certified/licensed, hold NICET Level II (or higher), and be approved by the Facility Contracting Officer (FCO).
