This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for routine cleaning services for base hood and duct systems at Beale AFB, California. • Revisions to the approved schedule are limited to three instances per year and must be submitted 14 calendar days prior.

• All equipment areas within six feet of serviced exhaust systems must be covered with protective film.

• Systems must be returned to their original operable state after cleaning.

• Upon completion, the exhaust system and surrounding area must be free of visual accumulations of water, dirt, grease, lint, and oil residue.

• A new decal with service information must be applied to each hood immediately after service.

• Wastewater must be contained and disposed of properly off-base.

• Fire suppression systems must not be rendered inoperable; flammable solvents are prohibited.

• Contractor must notify the COR immediately of any irregularities or non-operational units.
