- Remaining square footage can be unheated but enclosed on at least two sides, with 10' ceilings and concrete or gravel floors. Outdoor Parking Space:
- Minimum 70' x 100' unobstructed area for vehicle turn-around and storage.
- Must accommodate two 26' trailers, four 16' trailers, and six crew cab long bed pickup trucks.
- Surface must be gravel or better with proper drainage.
- Secured with a minimum 6-foot chain-link fence, topped with three strands of barbed wire (7' total height), and a 12' wide x 7' high chain-link gate.
