Scope of Work
The government is seeking quotes for the following NEW equipment (or equal):

- 34 each - DIV-DRW34 3" ADJUSTABLE CLEAR DIVIDER SYSTEM
- 51 each - DIV-DRW5 DIVIDER SET, CRASH CART, 5" DEEP
All items are to be delivered FOB Destination to Whiteriver Service Unit, 400 W. Apache Dr., Whiteriver, AZ 85941.
Key Requirements
Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, with warranty/service provided and maintained by the OEM. The government will not split this requirement.

Eligibility / Submission
This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses should identify the vendor's socio-economic status in accordance with SBA size standards and reference the Final Rule on the Buy Indian Act. Vendors must provide a copy of an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer. Quotes must include all aspects of the RFQ (equipment, services, options). Payment will be made through IPP.
