Scope of Work
The government is seeking quotes for the following NEW equipment ONLY:
- 17 each - UTGEU-33669-LTG STEEL UNICART 5DRW ALL LTG ELOCK (or equal)
- 34 each - DIV-DRW34 3" ADJUSTABLE CLEAR DIVIDER SYSTEM (or equal)
- 51 each - DIV-DRW5 DIVIDER SET, CRASH CART, 5" DEEP (or equal)
Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, with warranty/service provided and maintained by the OEM. The government will not split this requirement.

Eligibility & Submission
This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses should identify the vendor's socio-economic status in accordance with SBA size standards and reference the Final Rule on the Buy Indian Act. To be eligible for this ISBEE set-aside, vendors must be Native-owned Small Businesses and provide a copy of an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer.
