Special Requirements

The contractor must provide all OEM parts, services, manuals, tools, instrumentation, and software. The government will not provide service manuals or diagnostic software. Contractors must provide field service certification of professional formal training (OEM-specific) and annual continuing education. Proof of recent maintenance experience is required if training was over three years ago. Compliance with OSHA and Air Force safety standards is mandatory. Billing is monthly, in arrears, via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Bidders must review all incorporated FAR clauses.
