Amendment / Modification

• The purpose of this memorandum is to provide additional information regarding answers to submitted questions and to amend the due date for package submissions.

• Answers to questions from "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) webinar sessions are available via YouTube links provided in the document.

• The Phase 1 Solution submission and down-select submission package due date has been changed from February 14, 2026, to February 17, 2026, at 1200 central.

• The due date for Phase 1 Solution submission and down-select submission package.

• The proposal submission deadline has been extended to February 17, 2026, to allow for adjustments based on the provided questions and answers.

This document is an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Solicitation for the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) Commercial Integration and Transition (CCIT) Showcase 2026. It seeks revolutionary or innovative solutions to address specific warfighter problems. Finalists may receive up to $3M in Command-directed acquisition funding.

The solicitation outlines five key topics for which AFGSC is seeking solutions:

• Quantum Sensing Beyond Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT)

• Deployable Charging Solution for Electrified Support Equipment and Vehicles

• Advanced Manufacturing (AM) for Sustained Weapons, Decoys & Expendable Countermeasure Production During Wartime Operations

This is a three-phase solicitation process:

• Phase 1: Solution Submission & Down-Select (Open Now - Closing 17 February 2026)

  • Submission requires a white paper (4-page max), a quad chart (1-page), and an optional solution video (3-min max).
  • Submissions must be made through the Valid Eval portal.
  • Evaluation criteria include Program Alignment, Potential for Impact, Technology and Concept Viability, Team Competitive Edge, and Quality of Submission.

• Phase 2: Live Showcase & Demonstration (13-14 May 2026)

  • Finalists will be invited to present and demonstrate their solutions.
  • Evaluation will focus on technical and business viability, impact, and commercialization potential.

• Phase 3: Prototype Proposal & Award (30 June 2026)

  • Selected companies may be invited to submit a formal proposal (Technical and Price Volumes).

• Companies of any size, including domestic and international firms, are eligible.

• Offerors must not be based in a restricted country or subject to significant foreign ownership, control, or influence.

• Companies must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in SAM.

• Questions can be submitted via email or through AMA webinars held on 22 Jan and 3 Feb 2026.

• Answers to questions will be posted on SAM.gov.

• The government reserves the right to award some, all, part, or none of the proposals.

• Potential Follow-On: Selected entities may be considered for non-competitive, follow-on production OTAs.

• Funding: Up to $3M in Command-directed acquisition funding may be awarded for technologies meeting mission needs.
