Submission & Evaluation
This is a three-phase process:
- Phase 1: Solution Submission & Down-Select (Open Now – Closing February 17, 2026, 1200 Central)
- Submission Components: White Paper (4-page max), Quad Chart (1-page), and an optional Solution Video (3-min max).
- Submission Tool: Valid Eval portal (https://usg.valideval.com/teams/afgsc-2026/signup).
- Evaluation Criteria: Program Alignment, Potential for Impact, Technology and Concept Viability, Team Competitive Edge, and Quality of Submission.
- Phase 2: Live Showcase & Demonstration (May 13-14, 2026)
- Finalists from Phase 1 will be invited to present their solutions.
- Phase 3: Prototype Proposal & Award (June 30, 2026)
- Selected companies may be invited to submit a formal proposal for an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), including Technical and Price Volumes.
Eligibility
- Set-Aside: None specified. Companies of any size, including domestic and international firms, are eligible.
- Requirements: Firms must not be based in a restricted country or subject to significant foreign ownership, control, or influence. Companies must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in SAM.
