Submission & Evaluation Process (2026 Showcase)
This is a three-phase process:
- Phase 1: Solution Submission & Down-Select

- Requirements: White Paper (4-page max), Quad Chart (1-page), and an optional Solution Video (3-min max).

- Phase 2: Live Showcase & Demonstration

- Phase 3: Prototype Proposal & Award
- ItP Selections: May 15, 2026 (notifications via email).

- Selected companies may be invited to submit a formal proposal for an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA), including Technical and Price Volumes.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to companies of any size, including domestic and international firms, academia, and government entities. Offerors must not be based in a restricted country or subject to significant foreign ownership, control, or influence. Companies must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in SAM.gov prior to award.
