• Service Report: A draft written report is required immediately upon completion of maintenance, submitted to the SME. A final report is due to the GPOC within 5 business days, including details on services provided, labor costs, materials used, and verification of operational condition.

• Corrective Action Report (CAR) Response: A written response addressing root cause, corrective action, and preventive actions for any submitted CAR or customer complaint is due within two (2) business days.

• Work is to be performed during specified hours: Monday through Friday, 1530 – 2300, excluding Federal Holidays, base closures, and furlough days.
