Following demolition, the contractor will be responsible for repairing the grade for effective storm water management and establishing a maintainable end grade that discourages wildlife. Key tasks also include the protection and potential re-establishment of Monitoring Well MW-12S, provision of fill dirt and topsoil, and the seeding and establishment of vegetation. No follow-on construction is anticipated.

Evaluation Factors

Special Requirements & Notes

Contractors must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and comply with all installation access and local security policies. Lead paint and asbestos testing for Building 229 are required prior to demolition. The Government will provide fill dirt (as part of CLIN #3 Option #2) and water; all other personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control are contractor-furnished. Compliance with environmental protection, erosion control, and storm water management requirements is mandatory. All documents and materials produced under this contract are Government-owned. Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) and Combating Trafficking in Persons policies must be adhered to. Payment will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Non-DoD ID cardholders attending the site visit must complete and submit a DSM Access Request form by the specified deadline.
