• Offerors who have previously submitted an offer may submit an entirely new offer, a revision to their existing offer, or take no action. Their previously submitted offer will be evaluated along with any new offers received after the amended closing date.

• The deadline for additional questions has not been extended, but questions may still be submitted via email at the KO's discretion.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, specifically blood collection bags and consumables. The government intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) delivery order on a firm-fixed price basis. • Evaluation Basis: Lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.
