Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide whole blood collection bags and consumables, including:
- Whole Blood Leukoreduction Collection Bags CPDA-1 500mL (Quantity: 18,000 Bags)
- Whole Blood Leucoreduction Adapters (Quantity: 25,500 Each)
Products must meet or exceed all salient characteristics detailed in Attachment 1, which include:
- Primary container: 500mL volume, CPDA-1 anticoagulant, in-line leukoreduction filter (<5.0x10^6 WBCs per unit).
- At least two satellite containers for sterile separation of components.
- Adapters for test specimen collection from a sample diversion pouch.
- FDA 510k cleared and compatible with existing collection and manufacturing equipment.
- Compliance with FDA, AABB, CLIA, DoD, Army regulations, and MTF policies.
- Standing monthly deliveries (0800-1400 on business days) to ASBBC-PNW, 9904 East Johnson Street, JBLM WA 98431, with provisions for unscheduled deliveries and emergency customer service.
