Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide NBIC certified inspectors, labor, travel, and equipment for annual boiler and UPV inspections. This includes:
- Performing 3 Boiler (BC) inspections (specifically 3 High Temperature Hot Water Boilers).
- Performing 16 Unfired Pressure Vessel (VC/VE) inspections (specifically 16 UPV air receivers), including internal/external inspection with ultrasonic thickness testing for VE types.
- Coordinating with the government Point of Contact (POC) for scheduling, with all inspections completed no later than May 1, 2026.
- Submitting finalized inspection reports to the government POC within 14 business days of inspection.
- Compliance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements.

Submission & Evaluation

Special Requirements & Notes
Contractor personnel must comply with base access and identification requirements, including Anti-Terrorism (AT) Awareness Training and Force Protection Condition (FPCON) measures. Work is generally performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays. The government will provide a minimum of one month's notice for scheduled dates.
