Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide NBIC certified inspectors, labor, travel, and equipment for annual boiler and UPV inspections. This includes:

  • Performing 3 Boiler (BC) inspections (specifically 3 High Temperature Hot Water Boilers).
  • Performing 16 Unfired Pressure Vessel (VC/VE) inspections (specifically 16 UPV air receivers), including internal/external inspection with ultrasonic thickness testing for VE types.
  • Coordinating with the government Point of Contact (POC) for scheduling, with all inspections completed no later than May 1, 2026.
  • Submitting finalized inspection reports to the government POC within 14 business days of inspection.
  • Compliance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements.

Submission & Evaluation
