Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton and Tobacco Program (CTP), requires repair and replacement of a failed boiler blowdown drainpipe located beneath the concrete floor in the mechanical room of the Corpus Christi Classing Office in Corpus Christi, Texas. The goal is to restore safe, code-compliant drainage and prevent further water intrusion or structural damage.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the following tasks:

• Pre-Work: Site visit, scheduling coordination, utility identification, safety measures.
