Scope of Work

• Mandatory Components: Complete boiler package, factory-fitted low-NOx burner, electronic cam burner sequencing controller, combustion controller with Modbus interface, output modulator, and automatic O2 trim system.
• Design & Testing: Mechanical room re-design drawings, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site commissioning, and performance acceptance testing.
• Documentation: Manufacturer's datasheets, wiring diagrams, manuals, test certificates, and spare parts list.
• Quality & Certifications: Equipment manufacturer must be ISO 9001 certified. Equipment must meet regional safety and pressure-vessel standards. Certified subcontractors are required for specialized work.
