• Trouble Call Services: Response required during regular working hours. Specific response times apply: same day/weekends for Bradford Island Visitor’s Center, Visitor’s Observation Building, and Fish View Building; within 24 hours for other Bonneville locations.

• Emergency Service Response: 24/7 availability. Response within 2 hours for equipment failure or personnel rescue.
