Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for elevator and escalator maintenance and repair services for the Bonneville Lock and Dam, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District.

• Provide full maintenance and repair services for elevators and escalators at Bonneville Lock and Dam.

• Excluded items include: car enclosures, car door panels, hoist way enclosures, hoist way door panels, frame or sills, and underground piping for hydraulic elevators, unless deficiencies are due to wear and tear or contractor fault.

• Elevators and escalators must remain operational and in-service (excluding planned outages).

• Trouble calls must be responded to within specified timeframes (same day/weekends for certain locations, 24 hours for others).

• Emergency service response must be available 24/7, with a 2-hour response time for emergency calls.

• Testing and inspections must be performed according to schedule and deficiencies corrected.

• Positive communication must be maintained with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (KO).
