Contractor Requirements
Instructors must meet strict eligibility criteria to ensure the integrity and stability of the training:
- Must be a victim of domestic violence within the DoD umbrella.
- The incident must have been reported to law enforcement and resulted in a conviction (with all appeals exhausted).
- The individual must have sought psychological treatment and be in a stable emotional/mental state.
- Must be able to effectively communicate the impact of the violence to students in a 1-hour block of instruction.

- Type: Firm Fixed-Price BPA
- Duration: Five-year ordering period (February 16, 2026 – February 15, 2031).
- Frequency: Up to 12 sessions per year.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside
- Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO (Resident) and various CONUS locations via Mobile Training Teams (MTT).

Evaluation
