  • An active account in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://pieef.eb.mil.
  • An active account in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
  • If possessing a GSA contract, note the GSA contract number in the response.

Evaluation

BPAs will be awarded based on positive Past Performance. Past Performance will be evaluated on Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality. The government reserves the right to use additional references, including information from CPARS, PPIRS, and FAPIIS.
