Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller. A letter from the manufacturer proving authorization must be submitted with the quote. Prospective contractors must also have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
Submit one copy of both technical and price quotes via email. Submissions must include the vendor's DUNS Number and CAGE Code, and reference solicitation number N00173-26-Q-5029. Quoters are required to state their acceptance of the solicitation's terms and conditions or list any exceptions.
Evaluation
