Scope of Work
The primary objective is to provide fully qualified technicians and all specialized tools to replace six (6) gas control valves. The work includes:
- Gas Valve Installation, System Inspections, and Re-commissioning: Reviewing manuals, inspecting and installing valves per manufacturer specifications, conducting comprehensive leak checks, performing full safety inspections of gas-fired equipment, and re-commissioning boilers and water heaters after operational tests.
- Deficiency Reporting: Delivering a report detailing compromised components and, if applicable, a separate detailed report with justification for additional work or replacement.
Performance Standards & Deliverables
Upon project completion, a final report is required, including pre- and post-installation gas pressure readings, leak check results, operational and safety check summaries, combustion analysis, a log of replaced parts, and a summary of unit deficiencies. All removed parts must be tagged and returned to the 460 CES project manager.
