Scope of Work
The project's base items include:

- Replacement of one backflow preventer and associated water lines (1", 3/4", 1/2" copper).
- Conversion of two outdated electrical panels to one new, code-compliant electrical panel with proper grounding.
- Mold remediation in the boiler room, including removal of contaminated materials, cleaning, and antimicrobial treatment.
