Key deliverables include Environmental Awareness Training, Security Equipment Listing, Mishap Notifications, Services Reports, and Accident/Incident Reports (CDRLs A001-A005). The system includes Lenel Onguard software, Proxy Readers, Locks, CCTV, and Digital Video Network hardware. The existing equipment is six years old, and the effort is primarily maintenance, not new installation. "Or Equal" substitutions are permitted for equipment.
