• HVAC & Finishes: Balancing and potential upgrade of the VAV system, installation of a return grill, Honeywell sensor, access panels, new signage, and installation of 50cmX50cm carpet squares with cove base.
• Security & Access: Changing the door lockset to include an interior thumb latch.
