This is a combined synopsis and solicitation (RFP) for construction services to modify Room 517 in Building 46 at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) facility. The objective is to convert the existing supply room into a one-person office. The acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To reconfigure Room 517 in Building 46 from a supply room to a one-person office.

• Prepare walls and ceilings to Level 4, including dustless sanding and HEPA filtration.

• Prime and paint walls and ceilings with satin sheen off-white paint.

• Install a 3/4" 3'x3' plywood backing for a TV mount on the door wall.

• Install a new electrical outlet and a single gang data box with conduit for the TV.

• Install a single gang electrical outlet and a data box with conduit on the wall to the right of the door.

• Balance and potentially upgrade the VAV system (VAV 5-24) and install a return grill in Room 517.

• Add a Honeywell sensor tied into the building automated system.
