This includes the removal and off-base disposal of existing furniture and all packing materials. Key furniture items include:

All bedroom items must be matching sets. Furniture must be solid construction; no upholstered items, manufactured wood (MDF, particle board, press board, wafer board, laminated surfaces, or vinyl wrap). Exposed finished surfaces must be solid oak (red oak acceptable). Plywood is acceptable only for interior drawer surfaces.

Evaluation will rank offerors by price. The lowest three quotations will be evaluated for conformance to specifications and FAR 52.212-1. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically conforming quotation from a vendor with an active SAM.gov registration.
