Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive BAS maintenance services, including:
- Performing scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per the Statement of Work.
- Investigating and troubleshooting BAS issues.
- Reviewing and updating BAS As-Built and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Conducting periodic and annual PM activities such as network connectivity checks, time schedule validation, trend and alarm configuration, and graphics review.
- Performing sensor, operator, and end device point-to-point checkout and calibration every five years.
- Maintaining spare part and expendable part replacement schedules.
- Providing up to 20 hours of remote support annually.
- Adhering to security provisions, including a DD Form 254 and requiring a TOP SECRET facility clearance.
- Conducting two BAS PM Site Visits per year.
