This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the procurement and installation of furniture for Facility 20620, Room 1CX94, Area A, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The project, "F20620 RM 1XC94 Furniture," will be awarded on a competitive basis using total project cost, utilizing product lines from Open Market/GSA.

• Furniture Provision: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and a Certified Electrician to hook up Systems Furniture to building power. This includes transportation, 30 days of storage, and delivery to the job site.

• Design Services: The Contractor may include AutoCAD design hours for all phases of design (initial, revisions, final), in-person meetings, finish selections, and site visits. Reference is made to updated power harness requirements per UFC 3-520-01.

• Installation Support: The project includes providing basefeed for workstations and a certified electrician for hardwire connections. It also covers repair/replacement of flooring and ceiling damaged during furniture installation.

• Deliverables: The Contractor shall provide an itemized quote, overall 2D Floor Plan and 3D Image of each typical, and the following product types: Systems Furniture, Seating, and Free Standing Desks.

• CH-1: Mesh Back Upholstered Seat Task Chair (Qty: 27): Basis of Design is SitOnIt Amplify, with specific features like adjustable lumbar, black frame, onyx mesh, and Grade 3 textile.

• WS-1 6x6 L-Shaped Workstation (Qty: 12): Features 80" H acoustical panels, duplex receptacles, adjustable height worksurface, personal desktop power, wire management, and a metal box/file pedestal. Keyed alike with no two workstations keyed the same.

• WS-1 6x8 U-Shaped Workstation (Qty: 11): Similar to the 6x6 but with different dimensions and components, including a credenza and overhead storage. Keyed alike with no two workstations keyed the same.

• D-1: 30" X 60" U-Shape Adjustable Height Desk & 72"H File/File Lateral Storage Cabinet (Qty: 4): Basis of Design is Indiana Furniture Canvas, matching existing furniture. Includes adjustable height bridge, credenza, hutch, and wardrobe/storage cabinet.

• Period of Performance: To be completed no later than 120 days from contract award, inclusive of site visit, material selection, lead time, and installation.

• Place of Performance: Facility 20620, Room 1CX94, Area A, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH 45433.

• Contractor Responsibilities: Compliance with all applicable laws, safety policies, and base requirements. Provision of a Contract Manager and Project Manager with relevant experience. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the proposed furniture manufacturer.

• Design: Design services include space planning, site verification, and material selection. Designs must be accomplished by qualified professional designers and include specific CAD file compatibility (AutoCAD, Revit).

• Delivery & Installation: Transportation, delivery, and installation services are required. The contractor is responsible for protecting existing building materials during installation and for proper disposal of trash. Installation must be under the oversight of a manufacturer-certified installer.

• Site Conditions: Access to the site, staging areas, and utilities will be provided. The contractor must notify the CO of any deviations from standards.

• Base Entry: Specific procedures for vehicle entry, including required documentation (registration, insurance, driver's license), are detailed for Wright-Patterson AFB.

• CAD files provided are preliminary; field verification is required after construction.

• The project will be awarded on a competitive basis using total project cost.
