- Flooring Repairs: Removing existing flooring and installing new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in sleeping rooms and Epoxy Resinous Flooring in shared/common spaces and lounges. This also includes sealing LVT, and replacing transition strips and rubber cove base.
- General: Contractor is responsible for providing all material, labor, equipment, and supervision, including the removal and resetting of furniture. All measurements require field verification.
