Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace exhaust systems and associated ductwork for three dishwashers in Building FC65 to prevent condensation from dripping on ceilings. The project is located at Gonzalez Blvd. West on Camp Lejeune, N.C. 28547.

• Demo existing exhaust fans and ductwork for units F-12, F-7, F-11, and F-6.

• Cap existing ductwork where it enters the ceiling.

• Demo existing wiring and conduit, including control wiring back to the Building Management System (BMS).

• Install new, properly sized, stainless-steel ductwork with welded seams, sloped correctly from the dishwasher to the roof.

• Install new, properly sized, roof-mounted exhaust fans with backdraft dampers.

• Install new, properly sized, circuit breakers and disconnects for the new exhaust fans.

• Route new electrical wiring and conduit from disconnects to exhaust fans.

• Install new control wiring and conduit connecting dishwashers to new exhaust fans, and exhaust fans to the BMS for monitoring and alarms.

• Ensure new exhaust fans run for an additional 15 minutes after the dishwasher shuts off.

• Seal areas where ductwork and conduit exit the building to match existing.

• Reinstall and repair sheetrock ceilings, prep and paint with like color paint, and install new ceiling tiles as needed.

• Install a temporary wall in the storage room to separate the work area.

• Relocate lightning grounding cable running across the roof as needed.

• Location: Building FC65, Gonzalez Blvd. West on Camp Lejeune, N.C. 28547.

• After-hours work may be required to prevent Mess Hall service interruptions.

• All scheduling and access must be coordinated with the Building Manager.

Specification
