Scope of Work

- Demolition of existing exhaust fans (F-12, F-7, F-11, F-6), ductwork, wiring, and conduit.
- Installation of new, properly sized, sloped stainless-steel ductwork with welded seams.
- Installation of new, properly sized wall-mounted exhaust fans with backdraft dampers.
- Installation of new circuit breakers, electrical wiring/conduit, and new lockable disconnects in NEMA 4 enclosures.
- Routing new wiring from disconnects to exhaust fans and installing control wiring to connect dishwashers to new exhaust fans and the Building Management System (BMS).
- Ensuring new exhaust fans run for an additional 5 minutes after dishwasher shutoff.
- Sealing areas where ductwork and conduit exit the building.
- Specific work for F-12 includes prepping and painting new sheetrock ceiling and installing a new access door. For F-6, a temporary wall must be installed in the storage room.
