Response Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement package (limited to 10 pages, single-spaced, 12-font minimum) demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). Submissions should be in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or a combination, and must be searchable. The response should include:
- Part I: Company Profile (Name, Address, POC, NAICS, active government contracts, business classification/socio-economic status, subcontracting possibilities).
- Part II: Capability (Current product offerings, process for integrating AI advances, product update mechanisms, COTS vs. development effort, innovative solutions, similar experience, training/support options, information sources/functionality, customization ability, SOW adequacy for RFP, capability to perform all services).
