• Dual-Hatting: A single individual may be listed under multiple required discipline slots in the SF330 if their resume demonstrates qualifications for each role. Similarly, the Senior Fire Protection Engineer can also serve as the Senior Project Manager.
• Prior Firm Project Experience: Project experience from prior employers of key personnel may be included in SF330 Section F, provided the performing firm is identified and the individual's role is documented in their resume.
• Fire Sprinkler Design: Detailed fire sprinkler system design (layout and hydraulic calculations) is required. Performance-based design with delegated design to a specialty contractor is not acceptable. Subcontracting detailed design to a qualified FPE subconsultant is permissible, provided the design is incorporated into the contract documents and sealed appropriately.
• Required Disciplines: While many projects may only require project management, fire protection engineering/design, and cost estimating, the government may require additional expertise from disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil, structural engineering, and historic architects due to the unique challenges of historic buildings.

• Past Performance: Federal and private industry past performance are weighted equally. CPARS and standard USACE/NAVFAC PPQ forms are acceptable for providing past performance evaluations. The government may also utilize data from other sources like PPIRS.
• Demonstrative Projects (Pages 8-9): These are explicitly stated as fictitious examples of possible projects and are not part of the evaluation process.
• Computer Network Administrator Role: This position has historically been for data entry into a government database, confirming it is akin to IT support rather than cybersecurity or RCDD.
