Design and Engineering Services Task Order for the Afterthought Mine Superfund Site Remedial Investigation Feasibility Study (RIFS). The purpose of this solicitation is to request proposal to conduct a Remedial Investigation Feasibility Study (RIFS) and end-product Record of Decision (ROD) at the Afterthought Mine Superfund Site near Ingot, CA. Contractor to provide technical support to the US EPA at the Afterthought Mine Superfund Site near Ingot, CA. Various work activities including remedial investigation/feasibility study (RI/FS) are needed. Taskings will provide a factual and analytical basis for public understanding of the remedy options, and for US EPA decisionmakers to use in making an informed remedy selection in a sitewide Record of Decision (ROD). The end product shall be a well-supported ROD that when implemented through a remedial action, will eliminate, reduce, or control risks to human health and the environment.

The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment and materials in order to successfully perform the work described within the SOW.
