Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for digital Mission Command Systems (MCS) instruction, including training and support for MCS application software that provides a Common Operating Picture (COP). Key responsibilities include:
- Performing higher C2 functions and acting as observer/controller (OC) for training events.
- Supporting Captain's Career Course (CCC), Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC), Advanced Leader Course (ALC), and Senior Leader Course (SLC) for USACBRNS, USAES, USAMPS, operational units at Fort Leonard Wood, and regional National Guard and Reserve units.
- Delivering digital instruction utilizing constructive and/or virtual simulation to stimulate MCS.
- Conducting operational readiness checks, database management, and supporting students with OPORDs, FRAGOs, and the MDMP process.
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the six Warfighting Functions and over-the-shoulder MCS/simulation system assistance.
- Ensuring high performance standards, including student pass rates, system operational readiness, and timely reporting of issues.
