Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Hours of Operation: Primarily Monday-Friday, 0700-1600, with flexibility for training outside normal hours.

• Site Lead must have expertise in team management, MC Warfighting Function, strong communication skills, critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and presentation abilities. Minimum of 2 years of simulation experience, 2 years of Battalion staff experience, and 5 years of leadership experience. Must be a graduate of a relevant course (e.g., CCC, WOAC, SLC, Battle Staff Course).

• Contractor personnel must have a favorable T1 clearance.

• Contractor personnel must complete AT Level I awareness training and DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge training.

• Contractor personnel must comply with installation access and security policies.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Contractor shall provide monthly status reports.

• Contractor shall provide a status report no later than three calendar days following the final day of the month.

• Contractor shall comply with NIST SP 800-171 for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
