The estimated construction magnitude of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 applies individually to each site/project.
Key Requirements & Clarifications
- Personnel: Requires a Certified and Registered Fire Design Professional and a Certified and Registered Architect, both with demonstrated familiarity with New York State and Federal standards, historical preservation, and healthcare environments. The Fire Design Professional must be licensed in New York or demonstrate equivalent familiarity.
- Site Surveys: The design team is responsible for performing full facility site surveys and system verification; existing as-built documentation will not be provided.
