This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) requires one complete 500-gallon round fiberglass fish-hauling tank mounted to a 14-foot aluminum trailer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested.

• Product: One complete 500-gallon round fiberglass fish-hauling tank mounted to a 14-foot aluminum trailer.

• Specifications: All specifications and salient characteristics referenced in the Statement of Work must be met. The tank must be round, 6-feet in diameter, with 30-inch high, 2-inch thick, insulated walls. It requires specific discharge, recirculation ports, and an insulated clam-shell opening with a stainless-steel piano hinge and clamps. The trailer must be custom aluminum, 14-feet long, 99.5 inches wide, constructed of 6061 T6 aluminum, with specific frame, flooring, crossmember, and perimeter specifications. It must include two 6000 lb torsion axles with electric brakes, 5-15 inch aluminum wheels with 225-75-R15 radial tires, a spare tire, bulldog landing gear, a front adjustable 2 5/16 coupler, LED lighting meeting DOT requirements, a rear bumper, custom rails, steps, and a cutout for oxygen units.
