Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to Solicitation SPRRA2-26-Q-0020 makes the following key changes:

• Acquisition Strategy Change: The requirement is no longer restricted to Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) and is now a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be considered from small business firms.

• Removal of UNICOR Information: Contractor and DCMA points of contact specific to Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) have been removed.

• Updated Provisions: Applicable small business set-aside provisions and clauses have been incorporated.

• WAWF Clause Update: The Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) clause has been updated.

• New Sections Added: Language for "Basis of Award" has been added to Section M, and "Use of Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS)" and "Reverse Auction" language have been added to Section L.

• Proposal Due Date Extended: The proposal due date has been extended from April 10, 2026, to April 17, 2026.
